Ford to launch Aust tech service

Postby [email protected] » Mon Apr 27, 2015 11:38 pm

Talking with a rep from our Ford dealer, seems Ford are going to launch an Aust tech service.
He couldn't give a great deal of detail though, said there was a meeting at the dealer that he had to attend about it.
It will be interesting to see what they make available in the early stages.

Hi Brad,
This was discussed at the trade expo.
I will continue to keep my skeptical stance until I see something.

If you log on to the Ford US site there listings for Aussie Ford information on there.

http://www.motorcraftservice.com

Just to note, I have had a slack day today and have loaded all my tech portals onto the Wiki. Let me know if any of the links dont work.

I use the motorcraft service website and oasis from time to time and even though they have recently introduced Australia to the main menu the level of information for our market is still dismal.

I always pick USA and when you look for wiring diagrams ect you will have a choice of vehicles, it will tell you the shaded ones are for models from different markets [ie Aussie]

Unless this has changed since I last logged on!
