Code Information

The ABS/EBCM monitors each wheel speed sensor to calculate individual wheel speeds for antilock braking, traction control, and stability control. The left rear wheel speed sensor is typically an active hall effect or magnetoresistive sensor that produces a square wave signal as the tone ring or encoder passes its tip.
