Code Information

DTC B1485 is stored when the control module detects the brake pedal input circuit pulled to battery voltage when it should be at ground or otherwise within the normal operating range. The brake pedal switch routes a controlled signal between B+ and ground for the BCM, PCM, and ABS module to manage cruise control cancel, shift interlock release, brake light operation, and ABS pedal travel monitoring.
