Code Information

The Body Control Module (BCM) monitors the rear washer request switch input through a dedicated signal circuit. DTC B2115 sets when the BCM detects that the rear washer input voltage has been pulled to ground potential while it should be sitting at a normal pull up reference voltage. The rear washer switch is fitted to the wiper stalk or as a separate console switch on hatchback, wagon, and SUV bodies and is grounded momentarily by the driver to command the rear washer pump.
