DTC P1127 is a Honda specific code for an Electronic Throttle Control System (ETCS) actuator power source circuit malfunction. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) supplies power to the throttle actuator motor and its magnetic clutch to position the throttle plate electronically. When the PCM detects a fault in that actuator power supply circuit, it shuts the power off to the motor and clutch, and a return spring closes the ETCS valve to a default position.
