P1125 is a manufacturer-specific powertrain diagnostic trouble code recorded for Isuzu vehicles. It belongs to the P-prefix family of codes, which covers engine, transmission, emissions, or fuel-system faults.
Scanning & clearing: A generic OBD-II scan tool will usually read and clear powertrain (P) codes. For live data, freeze-frame capture, and bi-directional tests you may need a more capable scan tool that supports the vehicle's ECM protocol.

The throttle actuator control system uses an ECM controlled DC motor to position the throttle plate in response to accelerator pedal demand. DTC P1125 sets when the ECM detects a fault within the throttle position motor or its control circuit and commands the system into fail safe mode. In fail safe mode the ECM removes drive to the throttle motor and the plate is held at a default limp position by the return spring, while engine power is limited through reduced RPM and fuel control.
