Code Information

The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) sends a continuous voltage signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) representing throttle angle. DTC P1125 sets when the PCM detects the TPS signal behaving intermittently, dropping out or jumping erratically rather than tracking smoothly with throttle movement.
