Battery when flat due to engine fan staying on when vehicle turned off.

Problem Summary

Vehicle came in after jump start due to engine fan staying on.
At the stage we got it to test the system, the engine had been turned off and engine had cooled down,the engine fans had gone off and not come on again at all. First thing we noticed was the top hose had swollen to the point of bursting [[pic1]]
