The A/C not working well.

Owner came in for a “regas”.

First step was to ask the owner about any previous history so that there was no confusion as to what they were asking for and expecting.

A “regas" had been done twice since last summer and it would only last a few months. Owner also advised that there was some vapour from the dash before it stopped.
