Instrument cluster malfunction.

Preliminary inspection carried out.

First thing noted was the vehicle was slow to crank, so much so that the second time it had to be jump started.

Checked all major connections under full electrical load, no voltage drop issues.

The battery was found to be faulty.

A new battery was fitted and then we checked the charge rate, the rate was a bit higher than expected.
