ETC light on. (Electronic Throttle Control )

Loss of throttle response.

CEL light came on, change throttle body code went away.
-Two weeks later it's back, changed TPS on new throttle body and cleared code.
-Two weeks later came back with ETC light on, changed pedal, codes cleared.
-Two weeks later heater fan staying on. HIM module replaced codes gone.
-Two weeks later, ETC light, the transmission fault light, the ABS fault light, the brake failure light, the system comms error light and radio code failure on radio screen. Wouldn't crank and could not scan computer. Vehicle did eventually restart.
