Dual A/C system.

Front A/C not working.

Vehicle has almost 200k on the clock.

Preliminary look showed us that the main interior fan was not working. “Not that the A/C is not working”

The vehicle has a rear A/C and that was working.

Second item noticed was that the engine check light is on. This was communicated to the owner in the first report as well.

Clarity and terminology is very important in these instances, owner must be advised as to what we will be looking at otherwise the complete vehicle gets lumped into a single job and the perception is that everything is fixed.
