Intermittent hard to start when was sitting for more than 6 hours on a very cold day.

You all might be thinking why I have named subject I put up " 10 seconds to Diagnose" about this case study. Well this is all the time I had to get a positive answer for this car. Second crank over it would start OK.

Car only played up when it was cold, less than 10DegC ? and where I live Brisbane, Australia this does not happened too often, we had about 2 weeks of cold mornings.
