Severe diesel knock while running, idle or under load.

No power when driven like this, a lot of smoke while running mostly white.

The story was that when the vehicle began knocking the engine was replaced. Symptoms the same on the new engine.

Replacement engine is using a separate pump and injectors etc as it was a complete second hand engine.

The old removed engine still has its pump and injectors etc in it. The installer says it was the same engine.

The vehicle was brought in to us after having the engine swap already complete. The story that was told is that the complete replacement engine was working correctly before installation.
