Connected scan tool, carried out DPF burn off for exhaust blockages - burn off completed 100%, test drove car. Went OK for 2-3 mins then symptoms occurred again.

Have done a full service and cam belt replacement.

Have replaced fuel filter and added fuel systems cleaner.
