Air conditioner not cold.

Owner advised that the vehicle had been to another repairer and on second attempt they apparently replaced the compressor pressure control valve.
This did not fix the issue, so owner was advised that he needed a new compressor.

Confirmed that A/C inoperative with no heat transfer.

Turned out to be low on charge, with a well-hidden low-pressure port not found by previous repairer.
