Intermittent A/C system operation during various ambient temperatures.

When it failed to operate, there was no cooling effect at all.

Initially unable to reproduce this issue, so had to base diagnosis on customer description.
A/C system cycling normally when tested, which eliminated several possible causes.

Ended up tracing this issue to an internal fault in the compressor clutch coil itself.
