The engine will intermittently no start.

The owner purchased the vehicle from a secondhand dealer about one month ago. The owner might drive the vehicle into town and back home with no problem and the next trip into town it will become a crank but no start condition. Described by the customer as tries to fire initially then winds over like it has no compression. Has had many components replaced at the previous workshop.
