Vehicle cutting out while driving. Unable to restart. Customer had two fuel pumps installed in three weeks.

After driving approximately 20 minutes, vehicle would stall and not restart. After testing fuel pressure and flow, the fuel supply to the engine was insufficient to keep the vehicle running.
