A/C not cooling intermittently.

Owner explained that the A/C light always lit up when pressed and blower fan works but cool air stops more so when at traffic lights or slow traffic.

Conducted all usual A/C diagnostic tests, including connecting pressure gauges, testing refrigerant type, and visual inspection of all components.
