The vehicle's headlights were dropping out intermittently when the driver used the left turn signal.

The vehicle had been to a dealership to have the auto brake pedal height adjusted. The dashboard and the steering column had also been removed at one stage.

We contacted the dealer's service division to confirm what they had done and when. We were told they had removed the steering column and dash assembly three months earlier.
