Sometimes the engine won't wind over.

The engine will occasionally not start. The dash lights come on but the engine will not start. The problem seems to be happening more often but not all the time. Sometimes while driving the engine will start to stall when the headlights are dipped from low to high beam. Switching back to low beam will prevent the engine from stalling.
