Unable to remove key from ignition.
Often if they sit there starting and stopping the car eventually they can remove the key.

Without starting the car, I was able to insert key, turn to ignition, turn back to off and remove key.

Started car, and on second attempt was unable to remove key until I restarted car and tried again.
