Instrument cluster and radio would go off. Would lose drive from the automatic transmission, the engine would still run but not accelerate. It would either all come back to normal by itself within seconds or turn the engine off and restart, all would be fine again till next time.

15 minute test drive presented no problems. Left engine running for further 15 minutes, still no problem present.

Turned off, load tested battery - ok. Checked earths which in the past have been a problem. All tested ok. Alternator output was recorded on the scan tool for the 30 minutes that the car was running - all checked out ok.
