The complaint was vehicle A/C not cold, has been to 2 local shops previously and both have charged for a "regas".
The customer was told that the air conditioning was fine and it was just a hot day.

Initial evaluation showed us vent temps at ambient temperature, our visual inspection showed that the compressor clutch was not engaging. Pressures on high and low sides showed that the system was indeed filled with refrigerant.
