Customer Complaint

Power loss when vehicle warms up, generally taking 20 minutes of driving before it is noticed. No engine lights, no drive train fault lights. The fault occurs faster on hot days. Another workshop was unable to find the fault.

Problem Summary

Carried out a road test to confirm what the customer was noticing, thankfully it was a 38-degree day and the fault showed up pretty quickly. As the drive length increased, the power loss would be more evident to the point of limp mode feel. No power, no acceleration. First time customer for us, no service history.
