The engine won't start the first time has to be started twice to run.

When the ignition is turned ON the vehicle engine light, glowplug light & filter light does not illuminate. When the vehicle is started it immediately shuts down and then the three lights illuminate on the dash. The vehicle will then start & run normally. Once the vehicle has been shut down for more than 10 seconds the vehicle will not start again without being started twice.
