Engine warning light on dash & power restriction. Was intermittent, now permanent.

The vehicle was booked in via another workshop for inspection & repair. It came with the notes; engine light on, something about air flow meter. After questioning on drop off we found out the warning light would come on the dash & the vehicle would have restricted power. Initially it was intermittent, now permanent.
