The transmission selector is stuck in the park position.

Problem Summary

After the vehicle has been started it won't restart. (No Crank). If the battery is disconnected and reconnected it will start but only once until the battery is disconnected. When the vehicle starts it is in limp home mode. Warnings on the dash saying transmission fault, engine fault, and an ABS fault. The scan tool won't communicate with the engine, transmission, central electronics module or ABS but will communicate with other systems. The car has been standing for a couple of months, only starting a few times.
