Heater inoperative and digital screen stuck on 18 deg C. [[pic1]]

Owner asked for quote be given before any money spent.

Owner was advised that we suspected the temperature switch, but because it comes complete with the a/c control module we would need time to remove and inspect to see if it was fixable. Either that or track down a second hand unit.

New control module costs $1,300 plus fitting if required.

Owner was charged half an hour labour for inspection and the possible options.
