The engine will not start after repairing the overheating problem.

Replaced head gasket, thermostat, and radiator. The cylinder head pressure tested okay. Replaced the timing belt, timing belt tensioner, and spark plugs. The engine winds over but won't start. Sometimes will start like one cylinder at a time. The overflow tank is bubbling and pressurizing.
