The gearbox is shifting hard.

The vehicle went into a river and the motor and transmission were replaced with second-hand components. Since the replacement, the transmission light is coming on and the gearbox is displaying a hard gear shifting pattern at 20-30 KM when the throttle position is above 90% but this does not happen if accelerating gently.
