With ignition on, the rpm counter and speedo go bonkers. The needles bounce all over the place and the a/c blower motor jumps to maximum every time. The cluster behaves normally when the engine is switched on. The blower needs to be turned down every time the car is started. Very annoying. Customer states that this started after another shop repaired the electric windows.
