The vehicle started as an intermittent no-start but is now a permanent no-start.

Intermittently not starting. It was a no-start during the initial inspection, but while carrying out tests the fuel pump could be heard to be powering up and then the engine started every time.
heard fuel pump power up then started every time. When not starting, no power to the fuel pump, no injector pulse, and no spark.
