The engine is stalling and not restarting sometimes.

Starts cold and runs for a while before the engine stalls. Then it turns over and won't fire. The next day is the same: the engine starts up and runs until it gets warm, stalls, and will crank over but not start. The engine does display a slight misfire sometimes on the way to warm-up.
