Since the valve shims were adjusted at another shop the engine idles at 2000 RPM.

Problem Summary

Another shop fitted a used throttle body, but there was no change. Then, it was taken to Toyota, and they checked the earth connections at the rear of the heads, replaced the engine coolant temp sensor for the ECU and then fitted a used ECU. Has had an LPG direct injection system fitted long ago.
