Car cranks but does not start.

Speaking to the customer, they have just purchased the car from someone who has spent thousands (I was told anywhere between $10,000 and $14,000) trying to get this car working properly. Components that were replaced were the injectors (unsure if all four, but at least two), suction control valve, turbo, fuel rail pressure sensor, fuel rail pressure limiting valve, crankshaft position sensor, and camshaft position sensor. All this work was done at local workshops, apparently making the rounds.
