The engine, ABS and traction control lights are on.

There is a rattle or grinding noise coming from the RH bank in the timing cover area from approximately 2500 RPM, but it goes away when the engine is idle. Removed the valve covers and timing cover and found the RH bank timing chain stretched. Also found that the exhaust cam phaser on the RH bank had its backing plate loose and the internals of the phaser were smashed to bits. Replaced all chains, guides, sprockets, tensioners and both RH bank cam phasers. Since reassembling the vehicle now has a consistent rattle from the same valve/timing cover area and a slight hunt at idle.
