The vehicle had been in for a head gasket repair and came back with a loud knocking noise from the engine.

Problem Summary

Removed the injectors and had them tested. The report came back with all injectors failing. Fit new injectors and once they were coded, restarted the vehicle and the engine was quiet for around 30 minutes and then would start knocking noise again.
