I knew this was a common PCM software calibration update that required repair for many Mazda's but had only carried out the update on BL Mazda 3's, using the USA Mazda portal as Mazda Australia currently has unreasonable terms in regards to calibration updates. I was unsure if using the USA portal backdoor in Australia would be successful for this model.
