Customer Complaint

Hybrid system not functional, fuel economy not as expected, start/stop not operating.

No Hybrid information on the MFD (multifunction display)

Problem Summary

The initial test drive confirmed a non-operational hybrid system. Also noted there are no eyesight functions such as no lane departure or collision detection.

The vehicle reached the shop as the dealership the customer was dealing with previously said they did not know and recommended searching out someone more knowledgeable in hybrid systems.

The customer found us though google searching and noted we were part of the EV and Hybrid network.

The reason why this is important is that customer mentioned the dealer replaced a battery under the bonnet. Because of this, I pulled the restart battery for testing and found it to test at a massively reduce capacity.
