Lost power and fails to start.

The engine will crank over but will not start. The owner recently purchased the vehicle and was in this state when it arrived on a truck. Initially, the engine wouldn't crank, and the horn would intermittently do its own thing, beeping completely randomly. Found the earth connection near the left hinge did not have all the cables connected. Once all cables were connected, it would crank but not start.
