customer initially struggled to explain there fault over the phone saying the car was making a hissing sound and wouldn't start

Once the vehicle arrived checked over a few things nothing stood out alarmingly and the vehicle started off the key every time we tried to start it, then when the customer was going to leave we had a crank no start situation
