Warning lights and low power.

The check engine light, SRS light and traction lights are on the dash. The vehicle was then sent out for a detail as it was covered in ex-mine dirt. When collected from the detailer, the vehicle feels like it takes off in 2nd or 3rd gear. The vehicle stays in that gear and wont up shift.
