Vehicle acc (accessory power) will not switch off when the vehicle is turned off at the start/stop button and the driver door to exit the vehicle vehicle

Key/remotes don't open or lock doors, radio stays on, sunroof doesn't close or open steering lock not engaging. no fault codes are stored in any scanned control module. all windows and mirrors work from the switch. central locking working from the interior lock/unlock switch. key warning when exiting the vehicle with key in hand.
