The vehicle had overheated in traffic, losing its coolant.

The vehicle was checked at a mechanical shop for coolant leaks. A pressure test revealed that there was a leaking heater tap, and a new h/tap was fitted.

It was checked again and a system coolant flush performed, with new coolant added.

It was noted that the engine fan was not starting at operating temperature.
