The customer reported that the engine light comes on and the vehicle sometimes runs rough on start-up.

The vehicle intermittently runs rough when starting, with the check engine light illuminating. When restarted, the engine usually returns to normal operation. Fault codes for P1270 (Engine RPM or vehicle speed sensor limiter reached) and P2110 (Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Limited) were stored.
