The vehicle cranks but will not start.

No start condition with the engine cranking normally. Initial investigation revealed no power or switch feed to the spill valve on the injection pump, despite the pump having fuel. Continuity checks from the spill valve back to the ECM on both wires measured at 0 ohms, indicating intact wiring. The ECM was removed for inspection but no obvious internal faults were visible.
