The customer reported that the left-hand low beam headlight was not working, even after fitting a new bulb.

The bulb itself was not at fault, as it worked fine when fitted to the opposite headlight. Further testing showed the issue was isolated to the headlamp assembly, not the vehicle wiring loom.
