The customer reported that the check engine light came on shortly after refuelling and the vehicle became very sluggish with no power. The oil level was found to be underfilled by approximately 2 litres, which was corrected, but the symptoms remained.

The vehicle had a hard fault code P0263 – Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance. Despite clearing, the code immediately returned and the vehicle stayed in reduced power mode. Electrical supply issues were also suspected as battery voltage at the ECU was initially low.
